What does "Chivalry" mean?

Chivalry is the medieval knightly system inclusive of its religious, moral and social code.

Chivalry is the combination of qualities expected of an ideal knight, namely courage, honour, courtesy, justice, and a readiness to help the weak. It is also considered courteous behavior, particularly towards women.

Long story short; Chivalry is being a gentleman.

Can I build my own box?

Yes and no. The boxes are carefully curated and sold as is. However, we do offer a custom order option that is provided on an ad-hoc basis. This option is more so geared towards large orders or unique occasions.

How does subscription work?

It’s really simple. You select the plan you would like bi-monthly (2 months) or quarterly (3  months) and make the initial payment. Your boxes will be delivered free of charge. The next payment is due on 10th of the following month.

Is there a physical storefront?

No, Chivalry is a 100% e-commerce based business. All orders and payments are arranged and facilitated via the online store.

When will there be more options available?

A new edition of the box is released every 15th of the month, give or take.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Currently, cash on delivery is the only available payment method. However, we will be accepting all major credit cards within the next few business days.

Where do you ship to?

Chivalry only makes deliveries in Nassau, Bahamas. As the business expands, additional local and international destinations will be added.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Deliveries for orders are made within 3 business days. Local pick up times are determined based on the agreed time and date of the customer and Company.
